Sam Bolton B.Sc. MOst
Sam has been part of our team at Oundle Osteopaths since 2010. She originally graduated with a BSc degree in Equine Sports Science, and then undertook a BETEC level 5 Diploma in Sport & Remedial Massage at the London School of Sports Massage. She has since completed a 5 year masters of Osteopathy program at the University College of Osteopaths (formerly the British School of Osteopathy) and is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Sam has experience of working with athletes from a variety of sports, from the enthusiastic amateur to the professional athlete. She has experience in helping patients rehabilitate following trauma, and is happy to work on a structural basis, addressing a variety of musculoskeletal problems.

Jo Clarkson D.O.
Jo works using primarily structural techniques, such as soft tissue and manipulation. Having qualified from the BSO in 1987 and subsequently returned to lecture in osteopathic technique and to work as a clinic tutor for over ten years, Jo then became an external examiner in osteopathic technique and clinical competence at various osteopathic education institutions both in the UK, Europe and New Zealand. She is also an examiner for the General Osteopathic Council. Having chaired the maternity services liaison committee at Kettering General Hospital she has a special interest in treating back and pelvic pain in pregnant women, as well as all other spinal and joint conditions. Jo is registered as a provider of osteopathic care with most of the private medical companies.

Lauren Doyle MOst
Lauren qualified with an integrated masters in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London. She has a specific interest in women’s health issues, as well as enjoying treating all types of musculoskeletal conditions, including patients who struggle with chronic pain. During her training Lauren completed a level 3 diploma in sports massage, and had therefore been gathering clinical experience as a sports massage therapist whilst completing her undergraduate osteopathic training. Lauren is fully qualified osteopath and registered with the General Osteopathic Council. In her spare time Lauren enjoys going to the gym, walking her two dogs and spending time with friends and family. Lauren is at Oundle Osteopaths on Mondays and Fridays.

Emily Freeman MOst
Emily qualified with a Masters degree from the European school of Osteopathy after completing 4 years of study. Alongside her Osteopathy training Emily also I completed the level 3 qualification in sports massage. Emily has a keen interest in paediatric osteopathy, and is happy to treat young children and babies, as well other patients with biomechanical problems. Emily competed as a gymnast before training as an osteopath, and continues to teach gymnastics to young children in her spare time. Emily is at Oundle Osteopaths on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Rob Gaylor BOst
Rob qualified as an osteopath in 2018 and has a genuine interest in helping his patients understand their biomechanical dysfunction. He seeks to treat and rehabilitate his clients in the most efficient way he can. Having first qualified in Personal Fitness Training, Rob had an excellent insight into the way the body works prior to starting his undergraduate osteopathy training. He has a particular interest in sports injuries, biomechanics and rehabilitation work as well as exercise advice to manage recovery. Robs other main interest is going to the gym for a weights session or to attend a boxing class to off load the stresses of bringing up his two young children, or to just get out of the house and away from them for a couple of hours. His next project is to learn the guitar which he started to do as a teenager but through his sports background never had enough time to focus on properly. Jody Grace BSc (Hons)
Jody grew up in Northamptonshire and returned to practice here after qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy in 2000 with a BSc(Hons) in osteopathy. He was awarded the technique prize in his year. Jody is happy to treat all musculo-skeletal problems, including sports injuries. He is at Oundle Osteopaths all day on Wednesdays and Fridays. Nicholas Santin Level 3 sports massage
Nicholas qualified as a level 3 sports massage therapist at the London University of Osteopathy, and is currently undertaking a masters degree in chiropractic at London South Bank University. He takes a holistic approach using a variety of soft tissue techniques (including effleurage; petrissage, mobilization, MET and trigger point therapy. His approach also includes helping patients understand their own body, so you can continue to manage your own health after you have received your treatments. Having done karate in his early days, nicholas is a keen cyclist, and has completed a Scotland to Cornwall cycle with his brother.

Andrew Saunders D.O. MOst
Andrew originally qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1991 with a Diploma in Osteopathy (DO) having completed his 4 year course. He practiced in the City of London for 10 years before joining the British Army as a medic in the Royal Army Medical Corps. Andrew returned to osteopathy in 2020 undertaking the 5 year part time Integrated Masters Osteopathic course at the University College of Osteopathy which he completed in June 2024. During the course he worked for the NHS in a rehabilitation/ palliative care ward where he was awarded the Chief Nursing Officer medal for his healthcare support work. His time on the ward has given him a special interest in working with older patients. Andrew is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Chrissy Simpson BSc ITEC (Level 3)
Chrissy uses massage therapy to treat a range of conditions. The treatment involves a range of techniques including; Soft tissue release, Deep friction and Neuromuscular techniques. Treatments are tailored to your individual sporting and everyday needs. Aftercare advice is always given where needed. Having studied at St Mary’s University Twickenham, Chrissy obtained a degree in Sports & Exercise Science. She then trained at the London School of Massage obtaining ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology & Body Massage and subsequently ITEC Level 3 Sport Massage Therapy. Chrissy works at Oundle Osteopaths on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and also Saturday mornings. Kathryn Tyler BSc (Hons)
Kathryn is an experienced Podiatrist who graduated from Brighton University with a first class honours degree in 2002. Over the last 20 years she built a successful podiatry practice in West Sussex. She has now returned to Northamptonshire to be closer to her family. Kathryn is a member of the UK’s largest professional body for podiatrists, The Royal College of Podiatry. Kathryn is also registered as a Podiatrist with the Health & Care Professions Council, a government led organisation which regulates the Allied Health Professions. Kathryn is well equipped to treat and advise on any foot issues you may have. Whether that is removing the painful corn from your foot, assessing your feet due to developing diabetes, or checking your biomechanics if you are experiencing pain when you walk. Outside the clinic Kathryn has taken part in numerous walking challenges and adventures. Her podiatry skills have been invaluable in helping her team mates and fellow participants complete their goals. Highlights have included climbing to the summit of Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and the continuous 100km Oxfam Trailwalker event along the South Downs. Callum Willimont BSc
Having been at a professional football club academy for 6 years Callum has always been exposed to recovery, strength and conditioning, with keeping fit as a way of life. As an avid gym goer and a personal trainer it’s become increasingly important for him to keep his body in check which is why he chose to explore sports massage therapy. Having completed a degree in sports and exercise science his knowledge has expanded even further. Callum utilises these skills and help others feel better, stronger and happier.
